It’s estimated that more than 90% of health problems that bring people into the doctor’s office are stress-related. Stress is but one of the contents found in the “baggage” that most people accumulate as they travel through life.
A close examination of our life luggage frequently reveals contents that include other debilitating items such as anger, resentment, non-forgiveness, pessimism, fear, and other triggers that can cause unhealthy behavior and ill health.
HOW IT WORKS
We begin with a free half-hour call where I get clear on what you’re looking for, and you ask as many questions as you have about how we’ll be working together. You’re under no obligation to hire me with this call. Its purpose is for us to determine whether we’ll be a good fit for working together.
If we decide to move ahead, you purchase a five-session coaching package, and we book five, one-hour coaching calls. I require prepayment for the five-session package. All sessions are by phone, FaceTime, or Skype, unless you live in Boise and are interested in meeting in person at the Bown Crossing library. The day before each call, you’ll send me an email with current questions and concerns so our sessions are laser-focused.
- Session 1 is about creating a personal roadmap to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
- Sessions 2-4 are designed to help you address your challenges.
- Session 5 is where we create an action plan so you stay on track and continue to build upon your successes.
